This week Green Schools want as many students and staff to walk to school as part of National 'Walk to School Week' organised by Green Schools Ireland.

EU Code Week: Stratford students discover more block-based programming tools

EU Codeweek (7th - 22nd October) is being celebrated in Computer Studies classes all of this week. Students are exploring a variety of block-based programming websites including Super Coding Ball (programme your own football game!) . 

Space Week: Senior Cycle Physics students visit Dunsink Observatory

On Thursday, 5th October Mr Fennell, Dr Ryan and the 5th and 6th Year Physics students visited Dunsink Observatory in Castleknock as part of Space Week (4th - 10th October).

Dublin Theatre Festival: TYs go see the play 'The Dead House'

Ms McGill, Mr Fennell and a group of TY's went to the new Irish play - "The Dead House" - by Martin Beanz Ward on Thursday 5th October.

History Research for Schools Day @ The Royal Irish Academy

5th & 6th Year History Students  attended the Royal Irish Academy workshop with Ms Kenny and Ms Talbot on Thursday 5th October to support their research skills in this subject.
